Fleet Performance Dashboards

TracKing telematics subscribers can simply analyze and monitor their refrigerated fleet performance by viewing Fleet Performance Dashboards highlighting unit operation at the fleet and vehicle group level, alarm summaries, and zone metrics.

Dashboard data summaries include:

• Power status for fleets utilizing smart power options
• Cycle sentry / continuous fleet mix to capture additional fuel savings
• Zone metrics which allow multi-temp fleets to ensure distribution center compliance with fresh / frozen zone loading, cycle sentry / continuous procedures, and more

Readiness Score Dashboard

Do you know how ready your refrigerated fleet is to hit the road? The TracKing Readiness Score Dashboard provides you with a straightforward dashboard that easily summarizes telematics alarms, open campaigns, exclusive predictive alerts, and communication lapses so that you can be sure your fleet is ready to go.

To enhance the user experience, we have consolidated all Thermo King telematics mobile apps into a single all-in-one solution to efficiently monitor your refrigerated fleet. The Thermo King Connect App includes all features of the former Reefer and Notify Apps with additional features including access to the dealer locator and more.

Furthermore, the Thermo King Connect App has the capability to activate and deactivate units remotely for improved unit management flexibility. Additionally, users can use the mobile app to scan a reefer unit and activate or deactivate the TRU seamlessly from your phone.

Great Dane’s FleetPulse™ smart trailer system now integrates seamlessly with Thermo King’s TracKing^® system to deliver real-time data from the trailer refrigeration unit, to increase operational efficiency and elevate cargo integrity.

The latest TracKing® device software patches allow users the option to update software immediately or provides the convenience to schedule software updates in the future. Users can also check the status of their update to learn if the software update completed in full or failed to complete. This new software update functionality is applicable for Bluebox telematics devices, V5 telematics devices, Precedent® S-750i controllers, and A-Series controllers.

Additionally, controllers can now be updated remotely in batches. Users now have the capability to update multiple devices off-site all at once rather than manually updating each TRU controller one at a time saving you time.
